Shipping policy

DELIVERIES

Delivery is FREE on all orders $800 or over. 

Stone, Ceramic Stools, Large Art & Small Furniture. 

For orders under $800 that contain any of the above items then the delivery fee is $30.

We can usually deliver within 2-3 business days from receipt of your order.

Upon receipt of your order one of our staff will contact by next business day to arrange and confirm delivery with you. If you require a faster delivery, then please contact us on 9011 0380 between 11-5pm and we will do our best to arrange this. Deliveries of furniture and large art are conducted between the hours Mon-Fri 10-6pm and Saturday before 12noon (subject to condo rules). We do not deliver on Sunday and Public Holidays. If you require out of hours.

If you require a later delivery date then please note that we can store your item free of charge for one month. Thereafter we charge $30 per item per month. 

If you require professional art installation then please contact us for a quotation. 

Ceramics, Small Art, Home Décor, Books & Gifts

Delivery is $15 flat fee on all orders under $800 and we can usually deliver within 2-3 business days. Deliveries are usually despatched via Courier between the hours of 12noon and 4pm Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday or Public Holidays. 

If you require same day delivery, then the delivery dee is $25. Please place your order before 12noon. Please note that same day delivery is not available on weekends and public holidays. 

SELF-COLLECT

With the exception of large furniture items, you can opt to self-collect during store opening hours. You can select this option at check-out. Please note we do not liaise with third party courier or delivery companies or take responsibility for any loss or damage for deliveries made not using our preferred delivery partners.
